The house is comfortable with large open plan lounge/diner open fire, shared bathroom/wc and kitchen. There is a large garden perfect for summer BBQ's. The room to let has been recently re-plastered and redecorated with new carpet, curtains and is suitably furnished.

All bills are included with exception of the landline telephone.

I am a relaxed clean and tidy person who enjoys the company of others whilst still respecting peoples' need for privacy and personal space.
I am self - employed and work mainly in television and live events. When not working I like to spend time outdoors walking, cooking and socialising with friends.
Prior to buying the house I lived in shared houses in London and am used to sharing accommodation with others. I have also lived in several different countries and am used to mixing with people from all walks of life.
I have a spaniel terrier cross who is a year old, so looking for somebody that is comfortable with dogs.
