The room is a nice size & furnished with a double bed, a triple wardrobe, bedside draws, a desk & shelves. It's recently been redecorated. WiFi & bills are included in the price.

The house is a modernised cottage and is just shared with me. I find it is fairly quiet & a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The house has:
Gas central heating & double glazing,
2 lounges with a TV and 2 sofas.
Kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and a gas cooker/hob.
Bathroom with electric shower and a bath.
There's a nice garden to relax in good weather.
Parking is available on nearby streets.

The location is 10 min walk from Chesham tube station & town centre, which has high street shops, 2 large supermarkets (Sainsbury's & Waitrose), local bars, places to eat out & a nice park.

Chesham is a small market town with good rail links to London and has excellent road connections. It's surrounded by picturesque countryside with nearby woodland and a river.

So a little info about me:
I have shared houses with people for many years, so I have a lot of experience at sharing. I am fairly laid back & down to earth so I get on well with most people. I enjoy being sociable, but I also respect when peace & quiet is needed & that people need their own space & privacy. I'm looking for a lodger who is reliable and has a similar outlook to this. My place would be perfect for you if you want to share a house with someone rather than live on your own in a flat.
