Friendly professional(s) sought

I'm looking for a friendly, easy going professional person/ couple to share my bright, comfortable home. I am frequently away, often for weeks at a time. Therefore the I'd love you to feel the house as your home, rather than as a "lodging".
You would have use of the whole house, including all kitchen/utility areas, super fast broadband/ wifi, cable TV, lounge with wood burner stove, bathroom, shower room, and a private garden with a sun-trap of a patio. There is allocated parking for your car.
You'd have a large, quiet double room, overlooking a beech forest, furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, walk in cupboard, wardrobe and desk, if required. Do ask if you'd like anything else. The room has wooden floors, double glazing and blackout curtains, ensuring a good night's sleep. I can also provide bedding and linen if necessary.

Very handy for commuting in to London (under an hour on tube/train direct from Chesham/Amersham), close to the M25/ M40/ M1 and the towns of Amersham, High Wycombe, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury and Watford, yet overlooking the Chiltern countryside. Country walks and cycle routes straight from the front door (bikes can be kept in the shed). Chesham has all the amenities you'd need including wonderful country pubs, an outdoor and indoor pool, gyms, a theatre and supermarkets, shops, a twice weekly market, etc.

I like to keep the place nice and clean, so looking for relatively quiet and tidy people who are happy to help out with cleaning etc. The most important thing is that you feel it's a home from home. Anything else, don't hesitate to ask!

PS moving in date can be flexible.
£650 pcm is rent for a single person. A couple would be £900. Monday-Friday rent negotiable, as are short term lets. Thanks
