We are looking for a friendly professional to rent this room Monday to Friday. The room has its own shower en-suite and is furnished to a high standard with a double bed, drawers and hanging space. Price includes cleaning every week, towels changed every week and bedding every two weeks. Secure parking on a large drive is included. The property is four bedrooms with an open plan kitchen/living/dining area and a large garden. We are a friendly professional, easy-going couple. We live in a beautiful arts and craft house in Gerrards Cross and would like a professional man or woman to share with us. We are very easy going and have had a number of tenants who have stayed and both they and us have enjoyed the experience. Gerrards Cross station is in the middle of town and a 12 minute walk from the house. The let is for Monday to Friday only. We would expect anyone living with us to respect our property by keeping it clean and tidying up after them.
The property is just a 10 minute walk to Gerrards Station train station which runs a regular service into London Marylebone (18 minutes). There are also very easy links to the M4, M40 and M25. The property is just opposite a large common which is a beautiful location for a walk or run. There are a few local gyms all within walking distance. Gerrards Cross centre is again only a 10 minute walk away with a cinema, many restaurants and supermarkets including a large Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
