Double room for rent in a lovely modern flat

I have a double room for rent in my 2 bed apartment which is right next to Wendover Woods. The bedroom is furnished with a double wardrobe, double bed and a chest of drawers and will be available from 25th March. There is plenty of parking...either in a visitors space or on the road and there is a shed to store a bike if necessary.

I'm looking for someone that's easy to get on with, someone I can have a laugh with and that is clean and tidy. They would have use of the main bathroom as I have my own en-suite. The flat is about a 5 min drive from Tesco express and is close to tennis clubs, a pool, a gym and there are a lot of walking tracks around the woods. Wendover train station is about a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive and you can be in London in about 45 minutes.

I'm sorry I'm not looking for a couple to move in. Although then flat is a decent size, it would be too cramped with 3 people in.
