Landlord lives in property next door where also park cars off road. Flat solely above ofices hence very quiet all times. 5 minutes walk to open countryside.
Consider person of any age male or female provided reasonably quiet and tidy. Keen amateur or professional musician considered (not loud pop or rock band music though!) as keen amateur musician myself.
