Located 5 minutes from Wycombe town center and train station. The bungalow is situated in a quiet road, but with close transport connections.

The bus stop is less than 1 minute walk and runs every 12 minutes to the train station and town center. Also, ample off street parking is available.

The bungalow is light, bright and has a large conservatory and furnished garden (garden furniture & bbq).

The price includes all household bills including fibre wifi and Sky.

The house is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. A cleaner comes every week to clean communal area.

Housemates are expected to leave communal areas as they found them ie clean & tidy, but you can be as messy as you like in your own room!

We're looking for a single professional, considerate person (ie not couples).

Current housemates are friendly, happy, sociable, people and also respect the need to spend time alone.
