The property is in High Wycombe on Micklefield road. There are shops & a bus stop which is less then 1 minute walk. The bus takes you right in to town and outside the bucks new university. It is also possible to walk to the university in around 10-15 minutes.

The rooms are furnished, including a recently fitted kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 ovens and all necessary essentials. The bathroom has a power shower fitted.

There is off road parking if necessary and on road.

The house is beautiful and not a tatty house like usual student houses. If you would like to share a room with a friend please call for info and we can discuss. The same applies to couples.

1 room is closed of and has its own rear entrance. There is also a shared living space.

High Speed Broadband (Bt infinity) so never a problem with signal or speed.

All bills are included apart from Television licence which will be divided upon the occupants and council tax. If you are a student you need to provide me with a letter from the university.
