Fully furnished mainly self contained studio / 1 bed flat (there is a door to the main house where the family bathroom can be accessed if required) with own entrance in large family house on a lodger basis. The flat is more suited to single occupancy. I would prefer a more mature, quiet lodger. I would offer a one month notice period both ways.

The flat is fully furnished, has own kitchen/diner with small lounge and bedroom with en-suite shower room/WC. All bills included inc fast broadband and Virgin TV package. The flat has been freshly decorated and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, 2 seater sofa, 28" TV, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave. and other kitchen appliances and utensils. I would only ask that you provide your own bedding and towels. There is also a fairly large storage cupboard that you may use.

There is one off street parking space available and the house is located within easy walking distance to the Cressex trading estate and about 15 minutes walk to town. The closest bus stops are on Desborough Avenue and Deeds Grove and are 10 minutes walk away but the road is very hilly.

Please note however that there is a steep driveway and a number of steps to access the house as it is on a hillside and I am currently doing some renovation work on the garden.

I'm male, 50, IT professional and have two daughters of 18 and 21 , the youngest us currently living part time in the house with me but is going to university in September..
