Monday -Friday let

Monday -Friday let. Available August 2015 -The split floor (not ground floor) maisonette is ten mins walk from the town and railway station. It's a lovely building on a quiet road and includes your own off road parking space and a small garden area. There is a large kitchen / diner and separate living room! The bathroom is also brand new. The rent is inclusive of all bills (inc council tax). I would like to rent the room to a professional female
who works full time and is friendly and enjoys watching a film together or sometimes cooking together etc and has a fairly chilled out / quiet lifestyle during the working week. I would like someone who works during the day rather than shift work which includes nights. You'd be sharing with one other person (myself) my room is in the loft and it's a first floor (not ground floor) room available!
Due to having asthma, I'd like to share with a non smoker. The room is a newly decorated medium sized double. £400 pcm for a Mon - Fri let. Thanks, Anna
