We have a room available that would suit either a mature student or a professional, ideally Monday to Friday.
The room is very bright and well looked after, and is in a warm and inviting family home (no children) very close to the town centre, bus station, University and train station.
The room is a good sized single room, and is fully furnished, and also includes all bills in your monthly rent, apart from wifi access to fibre-optic broadband for an extra £10 a month.
We are live-in landlords, and are quiet and will leave you to your own devices. One 34 year old professional male, and one 72 year old retired female.
No DSS applicants or non-English speakers please.
