Single room available in house with young family

Looking for responsible and tidy roommate for room in 4 bed detached house with a couple and their small baby. We are friendly people who work/study full time. Around most evenings and weekends, we have visitors and have no objections to you doing the same (within reason). We live in a desirable area, approx 15 mins walk to town. We have Sky and broadband as well as utilities, which are all included in the cost of rent, personal shopping for food etc is your own responsibility and a cleaning rota is set up which you will have to take part in. Smoking is permitted but only outside. Each room has a single bed, wardrobe and desk but it can all be removed if necessary. The house is not in amazing condition but it's mainly cosmetic damage that has no impact on the tenancy. Deposit is refundable at end of agreed tenancy. Feel free to contact at any time for a viewing.
