Young couple with room in Wycombe town centre

Hi! We are a young couple (Ben and Amy) who have a spare room in our spacious flat.
We live in High Wycombe, above a parade of shops approx 2 minutes walk from the Eden centre.
New flatmate MUST like animals as we have 2 dogs and 2 budgies. Although they are not huge dogs (puggles) they are quite lively, but are well behaved
Parking is via car park where you can buy a permit (but we haven't as of yet) or on the street where it is free after 5pm and before 9am.
Room is of double size, furnished with double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Only downside is the carpet is pink (not our choice!)
We are an easy going professional couple who enjoy the simple things in life, and although we are not complete neat freaks we like things tidy. We are always up for a laugh, but we don't party all week long!
We would like to meet applicants over a pint and more importantly introduce you to our dogs, Dolly and Beau.
All bills included, WiFi is of course available as is a washing machine (no tumble dryer, but there is a laundrette across the road).
An initial deposit of £200 is required, plus the upfront rent of however many days remain in the month you move in. Then rent is £500, due on the 1st of every month.
