Hi, I am looking for someone to share my two bedroom flat with as my current flat mate has got a new job and is therefore moving out.

The building was originally one large house which has been beautifully renovated into four good sized flats.

The flat consists of two double bedrooms one of which is mine, there is a lovely modern clean bathroom with heated flooring (brilliant in winter). The kitchen is modern with gas hobs and fan oven. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier. The front room is a decent size with simplistic decor, this leads out onto a balcony which runs the full length of the front of the house. The flat is furnished as is bedroom but things can be moved around depending on new tenants requirements.

There is off road parking which is covered by CCTV and there is a communal garden to the rear. All the the neighbours are professional friendly people. The flat has to be seen to be appreciated.
