The double room availlable is upstairs and will share a shower room 1 between 2. The roperty was renovated to a very high standard in 2013, there are new carpets throughout and the whole house was decorated with fresh white paint. All windows are double glazed to keep the heat in and noise out. There are 8 bedrooms and all of them have a double bed, so no box rooms here! Bedrooms are furnished with Faux Leather brown beds, high quality mattresses, white gloss desks, desk chair and high gloss wardrobes. All rooms have 4 down lights in the ceiling with LED bulbs, a mains wired fire alarm plus fire doors with individual locks.
There are 2 shower rooms upstairs that have a toilet, sink, towel radiator and high-powered shower. Plus there is a downstairs bathroom with toilet, sink, towel radiator and a bath with stand up shower. All bathrooms have new suites with modern tiles and down lights.
The communal area is open plan with a kitchen/diner/lounge. There are large double patio doors to the rear and a vaulted ceiling with roof lights.
The kitchen is well equipped with two ovens, two hobs and two extractors. Plus there is a large double sink. Appliances include a tall standing fridge, a tall standing freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Plus there is plenty of storage space in the cupboards. The kitchen boasts a breakfast bar with stools.
The lounge has laminate flooring, modern lighting and is furnished with a sofa and tables plus there is a Freesat TV point.
The house has a garden to the rear leading off the lounge. There is a patio area with outside lights. There is parking on the road but will require a permit, alternatively you can use the ticket machine. Also there is free parking to the rear.
