Double bedroom with en-suite available in West Wyc

We have a large double bedroom with an en-suite available in a new 5 bedroom house in West Wycombe. We have been living in the property for 14 months but unfortunately one of our tenants is going back to uni for a year. This means we have a really big, nice room available from the 25th August.

We're looking to find someone thats relatively tidy, ideally around the same age with a good sense of humour. We're very easy-going guys and fun to live with!

We will get a new 12 month contract, with a 6 month break clause.
