you would have full use of the house and its amenities with room to buy your own stuff too I moved down here from Middlesbrough for work, I'm clean and tidy and at the same time laid back, respectful and have a relaxed atmosphere in the house

on a weekend I don't mind keeping out the way or having a 'few' drinks as I like to socialise and meet new people
