2 double bedrooms available to rent

My name is Holly, I'm 20 years old and share a 4 bed house with one other friend called Mateusz (28). Originally, there were 4 of us that lived in this property, one of which has already left and another who is leaving in about a months’ time. So we are looking for two others to fill their space. One room is ready to go, the other will be free on 28/11/14.
We are both very friendly and easy to get along with. We are also both in full time employment. I am a fashion merchandiser at John Lewis and Mateusz is a personal trainer. So we are both usually out in the day but at home in the evenings. We do occasionally have friends over but never too many as the landlord lives next door and doesn’t like loud music or noise.
We have a cleaning rota with shared equal responsibilities that you do once a week (whenever is convenient for you). This is to ensure the house is nice and tidy always.
The house is down a little road called Milldun Way in High Wycombe, about 2 minutes from town. There is parking facilities available if you drive. We have a communal lounge with a TV with all the basic channels and broadband. We also have a downstairs bathroom, a shared kitchen with two fridges, lots of cupboard space and all the other essentials (microwave, oven etc). However, we don’t have a dishwasher.
The rooms will come unfurnished however there is a wardrobe and chest of drawers available to borrow if you want.
Rent is £350 a month with bills included. We pay this £350 into a joint account on the 28th of every month, no later.
There will be an initial deposit of £365 and £175 admin fee for the estate agents and £350 for that months’ rent and bills. So in total it will be £890 for the first month and then £350 for every other after this.
You would have to commit to a 6 month contract with a months’ notice after this.
