4 bed house to let

Hi

Have a standard 3 bedroom house to let total 4 rooms. It is part furnished and will be ready 1th January 2015. It comes with driveway and garden and we can get broadband for tenants if needed. Just got it carpeted and new doors replaced with locks.

I am looking for professional tenants working and who respect other people clean and tidy as regular checks will be made.

The house is located 15 minutes from university and town and have a bus top few minutes away. Checks will be made for potential professional tenants. You have local shops like Asda and access to M40 and cressex industrial estate.

I am open to student lets as well. I need 4 professionals to let this house out to make it worth while. No criminal activity or people trying to cause problems as you will be removed
