We have two rooms to let one is a double room very spacious and the other one is a single room. Bills are not included. (Approximately £25 per month per person, that includes gas, electricity, fibre broadband)

The rooms are part of a four bedroom flat. Kitchen and bathroom is for communal use. The price for double room is £320 and the small room is £280

The house is based 10mins walking distance away from the Eden town centre and the University is only 15mins away, Morrisons if 5 Mins away as well. We also have a big back garden and a private parking spot.
