We have a nicely decorated furnished double room in a 6 bedroom house with 3 older teenagers and a cat available 30th January We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional person or student seeking a quiet living environment to rent the room on a Mon-Fri or a full-time rental basis. Short term lets available. Includes shared use of kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and tumble drier. Bills are included (including broadband). The room is furnished with a single bed and a 3-piece suite of wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

The house is situated in Downley backing onto National Trust Woods. It has a good connection to the M40 motorway for easy access to London and there is also a bus stop 2 minutes away to High Wycombe town centre (1 mile away) where there are plenty of supermarkets and high street shops including the Eden shopping centre. There is only on street parking at the property.

Four weeks rent as deposit and four weeks rent will be required when moving in.
