This end of terrace house has gas central heating, double glazing, alarm broadband and is furnished.
There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, washing machine and two fridges for tenants use. A utility room behind the kitchen.
There is a small garden at the rear.

Bills shared by occupants via prepay key meters for gas and electricity.
Ideally occupants will be quiet professional people, looking for a nice property within walking distance of the train station and town centre.
On street parking free after 5pm or during the day via a residents parking permit.
