2 Rooms Available in Central Wycombe

2 Rooms will be available in our 5 bedroom property as of the 22nd March. There are currently 6 flatmates overall, 3 girls and 3 boys with a couple sharing 1 room. When 2 of the rooms are vacated there will be 2 boys and 1 girl left.

We are situated in a nice residential part of Wycombe literally 2 minutes from the Train station from which it only takes 25 minutes to get to central London. The property is also 5 minutes walk from the main town and features a driveway at the back big enough to fit 4 large cars.

The Kitchen & Bathroom have been newly refurbished and all the windows are double glazed. We are all currently young professionals either working in London or in the nearby area. We are all sociable and enjoy a night out together but also the house is big enough to get your own space if need be.

Rent is extremely cheap and also includes council tax!

In addition we have a cleaner who comes every Friday which is only £12 a month to do the communal areas.

The current tennants are only leaving to move to London for work related reasons.
