Hello potential housemates,
We are looking for a young professional or mature student. It's a friendly household and an easy going atmosphere. We all have our own lives but do like to socialise together sometimes or share a bottle of wine when having a quiet night in.
We have a room to rent in central High Wycombe, 15 mins walk from the Eden shopping centre and 2 mins walk from the train station. We are two girls and a guy. It's a really nice terrace house with all mod cons internet, landline and Sky TV.
The rent is £400pcm + bills. The deposit is 1.5 months rent which is held in the government run Deposit protection scheme.
