The house is currently being refurbished and 3 of the bedrooms are already let (the photo shows the standard of the finished bedrooms)
There is a large shared lounge and kitchen, and a shared bathroom (one of the other rooms has its own en-suite, so you will only be sharing with three) and a lovely sunny conservatory and garden.
We have a weekly cleaner for communal areas and the rent is inclusive of all bills, council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband
