Two rooms available for rent in a professional shared house. The whole house was completely renovated just over a year ago and is in very good decorative order. Benefits include a fitted kitchen with a separate living area and a fitted bathroom.

Both of the bedrooms are large double bedrooms and are well furnished with a double bed and orthopaedic mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe and dresser. The carpets and furniture are in excellent condition.

The living area has 2 comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a 32" flat screen TV. The kitchen has a hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, washer dryer and a toaster. There is an iron and ironing board provided.

All bills are included. Sky TV and high speed fibre broadband are also provided. All council tax bills are also included. There is a weekly cleaner to keep all communal areas clean and tidy- again this is included in the price. The outside areas are kept neat by a gardener.

The property is located close to town and is a short walk from the London Road.

There are four existing housemates who get along very well. It's a nice sociable house. As your landlord I pride myself on keeping the property in a good condition and I ensure a quick response to any issues that may arise.
