Modern double room in great house, nice area

Modern & comfortable, clean, tidy, house in nice scenic part of wycombe. Limited off street parking, plenty of on st. 2 bathrooms, large lounge, 10mins from centre by foot. Nice views and woodland accross road. Sky, Broadband and bills included. Friendly, social professionals only. Whilst we dont expect you to entertain us, we regard this as a home rather than a house share and as such we would like to share with people who are interested in making new friends and sharing experiences. The house is spacious and has 2 modern bathrooms and a large lounge. It has enclosed rear garden & small shared front garden.
There are usually regular visitors and we like our music but we are professionals and have early starts during the week, so this isnt a party pad... although we do have the odd night. Ideally suit a female housemate to keep the balance....
