We have a lovely spare room with a double bed and room for a sofa and tv. Built in wardrobe and cupboards. The house is detached in a quiet location with a large garden /patios /drive. Short drive to Chesham. We have two small sociable dogs and a cat so an animal lover is essential. There is no broadband at present as I use my phones wi fi hotspot but would consider purchasing. Acceptable reception.
