Double room to rent in light, friendly house

Living space

I am moving out of my room at the end of June and looking for someone to take my place in a light, quiet room in a friendly house shared with 3 others- Sam, Jason and Zaid, professionals, aged between 27 and 34.

They are sociable, easy going and have interests ranging from boxing, country walking, creative arts, pancake making and frisbee playing!

The house is a nice Victorian semi-detached with four bedrooms, large kitchen and living room (both fully equipped and furnished), spare room for guests and back garden.

Phone, broadband and Sky TV is included. On-street parking is available. All bills are included in the £380.

The room is a mid-sized double. Furnished with a 1 yr old light wood ikea double bed which I would like to sell on for £150 if possible.

The house is perfectly located in Marlow centre, 1 min walk from High Street and 3 min walk from train station, with all local amenities and several pubs just a stones throw away.

The guys are looking for a friend to share their home- not just a lodger, you must be friendly, sociable and add something positive to the already happy dynamic in the house.

To arrange a viewing please message. We're looking forward to meeting you!
