The room overlooks a small attractive garden and has a very sunny outlook. Being in a close it is very quiet and there is ample parking. The room has plenty of storage is plenty of storage and there is a full bathroom and downstairs cloakroom.
I am a retired and divorced professional businessman with a wide range of interests and circle of friends both male and female. I have had the pleasure of the company of lodgers for a number of years on and off. as I have regular visitors I expect to be using the lounge most of the time, but this can be negotiable in due course.
