Furnished double room in modern family home available. Rent may be negotiable. Sharing with female house owner. Shared living room and kitchen, but owner often works late, therefore you would have the living room to yourself fairly frequently. Pleasant location close to parkland and pleasant walks. Local shops a few minutes walk away. Larger supermarket 5 minutes drive away. Near to junction 14 of M1 and Milton Keynes Coachway. Close to bus stops for access to Milton Keynes City Centre and railway station. Facilities include off street parking, sky and broadband. My adult children may occasionally be here.
I am ideally looking for a lodger wanting Monday to Friday let, but can be flexible about occasional weekends. I will also consider a full time let.
