Double room in semi detached located in quiet cul de sac 10 mins walk from Stony Stratford for great social opportunities and lovely river walk.

Easy transport links north/south to M1/M40. Only 10 mins drive to MK.

Weekly cleaner and secure fibre wifi. Tea/coffee etc, clean linen/towels, off street parking and bills included. There is a garage which has my bike in but can be used for by cycles, bikes and bits if needed.

The south facing garden has a Lovely decked area with furniture for sitting out and a pond for 3 very friendly ducks which can stay in their run if you want it to yourself.

I have en-suite so main bathroom is pretty much yours.

Smokers welcome to use the garden.

I'm a professional currently on a self chosen career break so fairly chilled out or may be away some weeks so happy to chat when I'm around or have place to yourself. When home I tend to have quiet evenings in front of telly with a glass of wine or can join u in socialising out and about in stony for comedy or live music evenings!
I'm looking for a flatmate rather than a lodger so looking for someone like minded.

The room is strictly Monday to Friday (arriving on Monday and Leaving on Fridays - ie weekends elsewhere) as there is limited storage space and the house is already full of furniture etc. so this seems to work best.
If you are looking for a room which includes the weekends this won't be for you.
