Laid back guy seeks friendly housemate

Well, the selling bit: Sky TV, Fibre broadband, double room with built in wardrobe/cupboard. I'm a 9 to 5er through the week, tend to be out and about at weekends too but am also pretty homely when in. I'm gay, so if thats an issue, stop reading. That said its not an obvious thing, so no kylie blasted from the rooftops and no body glitter to be found anywhere.

Couple's rent would be £675 but would not be a guarantee, I'd need to confirm this was doable.
