I am looking to let out one of the spare rooms in my 4 bedroom house, on a Monday to Friday basis which is now available. I am flexible about arriving on Sunday nights or staying the odd weekend, and belongings can be left here. Night shift workers are also welcome. I don't smoke or have any pets and the house is kept clean and tidy with a regular cleaner as well. There's plenty of space in the house as it's just me living here during the week, and although the room is a double I'm only looking for one person. The available room is well decorated, light and spacious, with a comfortable double bed and private bathroom. The large living room has patio doors onto the garden, and a large TV with Freeview, DVD player etc. There is also a dining area. There is ample off-road parking, garage, and a garden. Wifi (unlimited fast fibre broadband) and all bills are included. The house is in a very nice quiet part of Tattenhoe, a short walk to shops, two good pubs, fast food, parks, woodland, and lakeside walks and jogging paths, as well as a major bus route to the Railway station and to
Town centre (around 10 minutes by bus
or car). It is a very nice sought after area, with good access to main roads going out of town. Low £100 deposit.
