En-Suite Double Room to rent in a 2 bed, ground floor flat on Broughton, which is over towards the Eastern edge - walking distance from Tesco's, Costco and all the shops in Kingston (including 300 bus route to City Centre and MK Coachway)

Room available from Early January but unfortunately will only be available until Mid-may 2014. Will suit temporary worker in Milton Keynes.

The tenant will have sole use of double room with En-suite. The flat has a good size kitchen, and very pleasant lounge/diner, leading to a small 'balcony'.

The bedroom is furnished with a King-Size bed, Bedside tables, Large double Wardrobe, small shelving unit and fully fitted Shower Room en-suite. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

The flat has Sky, Broadband (I am STILL waiting to be connected to Infinity so the speed isn't great, but it's ok for general surfing), landline phone and the tenant would have access to Washing Machine/Dishwasher and all other kitchen facilities including family size fridge freezer, microwave etc (no Tumble dryer but airer available). There is plenty of off road/secluded parking available in the vicinity (but not a dedicated parking space).

Rent includes bills - However if consumption is excessive over average I would ask for additional costs to be covered.

The ideal tenant is likely to be in their mid 20's - mid 30's, single and in full time (professional) employment. Mature students could be considered. Non smoker preferred.

Looking for someone sociable that can get on well with others, who will share chores in communal areas and is quite happy having a chat.

I may consider tenants with 1-2 very well house-trained cats. The French doors have been cat-proofed with an outdoor screen as this is on a busy road. Please contact me if this is the case.
