3 nights per week - £90 per week
2 nights per week - £75 per week.

Close to the M1 & A5. Just 5-10 minutes walk from The Open University, Waitrose & the Kingston shopping centre (Tesco, Costa, Starbucks, MacDonald's, Domino's, Marks & Spencers, Prezzo, Giraffe, Nando's etc). Close to Woburn Sands, Woburn, Ampthill as well as Bletchley, Central Milton Keynes & their train stations.

Room is newly decorated in neutral colours & is furnished with a single bed, bedside table & lamp, wardrobe & chair.

Available Monday - Friday. Use of own bathroom with shower which is right next door to the bedroom. Safe driveway parking.

Rent cost, is without the use of a kitchen - but a kettle is provided within the bedroom (& a mini fridge can be too if required):

Friendly live in non smoking landlord with 1 cat that will be kept away from your space. Wanting to share with a professional non smoker who is looking for quiet & clean accommodation.

Room & bathroom cleaned each week between stays. Bedding changed weekly between stays too. Towels can be provided & laundered.

WIFI & all bills included (excluding phone). Deposit is £300 & references are required.
