Lovely Double Room for Rent

We have a large double room for rent in a nice area of Milton Keynes in a large detached house. On road parking.

We are Charlie (self employed), Lisa (Teaching assistant) & Bow the Boxer dog (who lives fuss)!!

**Please note; THIS IS A ROOM IN A HOUSE, WITH AMENITIES ......NOT A HOUSE SHARE**

This is great for those that don't want to share their space or have to abide by a cleaning rota!
However, the cleaning of your personal space is YOUR responsibility.

The room has a sofa, 2 built-in double wardrobes, a set of drawers, double bed, bedding, towels, kettle/cups, bedside tables, lamps, table and chair, book shelf, mirror, TV, Wi-Fi and is situated at the front of the house. It shares the bathroom with 1 other female.

The house is close to beautiful woodland, local shops (5 min walk)and bus stop and is approx 4 miles from the city centre.

We are looking for a mature, considerate lodger ONLY and of professional standing.

All bills are included in the rent. Use of kitchen and all appliances (washing machine, tumble, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pans.. etc) included.

This is a lovely house to live in, with a mixture of fun, happiness and peaceful quietness. The upstairs is our quiet space where everyone has to respect this, keeping their voices/music/TV low, as we all work different hours

The room is £100 per week and is available 7 days a week. Part-time lodgers also accepted.

The room is available from around the 23rd April with viewings available from now.

A rent book and contract are supplied with the rent being paid in advance (the first day of lodging) with a £100 deposit being paid to hold the room on the day of viewing and mutual acceptance.
This will be returned at the end of your contract.

**REFERENCES SUPPLIED WILL BE FOLLOWED UP**

1 weeks notice given each way. Minimum stay is 1 month, with no fixed contract length after that. The house is up for sale but still renting rooms until we move, which will probably be 2-3 months away, if not more!!

We have been letting our rooms for 6 years and ALL of our lodgers have said how happy, safe and content they have felt living in our house.

We look forward to meeting our new lodger!
