Room has large double bed, wardrobe, drawers, a work desk and own TV.

We have an ensuite , so you have private use of a large luxury bathroom with power shower.

Extended HUGE kitchen/conservatory, large shared lounge, downstairs study and loo. Separate utility room for washing which you can use.
Large American fridge freezer to share. Plenty of kitchen storage.

Off road parking and wi fi , 40MB broadband.

Local shop/pub/bus stops <100 yards.
Recreation/Cricket/football field 200 yds.
Tesco and Wolverton Railway station 1 mile.
CMK Rail 1.5 Miles.- all walkable by redways.

We are easy going , like to think we are fun to be around.
Large secluded rear garden with pond / decking.

We are very happy to share our house and facilities with a tenant but, draw the line at friends/partners/family of tenants staying around/over.
We are not looking for couples as tenants , nor any tenants with animals.
We are looking for respectful, reliable, tidy professionals to share our space and facilities.
