I have a double room available to rent in a brand new 2 bed apartment on the Oakgrove development (with the new Waitrose store).

I'm looking for a tidy, non-smoker to share with me. I work in MK during the week but travel home to my family each Friday, so you'd have the place to yourself almost every weekend!

The apartment has an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen that opens out onto a large balcony stretching across the whole width of the property - ideal for relaxing on with a beer when the days get warmer.

The kitchen itself has a built in fridge/freezer & dishwasher, along with ceramic hob, microwave & stylish under-unit lighting etc.

You'd be free to either bring anything you wanted of your own, or I will supply bed/wardrobe etc before you move in. You would have your own bathroom with shower over the bath.

Fully carpeted, the apartment also has a washer/dryer, broadband & the full Sky package on a 40" HD tv.

There's a single allocated parking bay but plenty of additional car parking in the area. There's also an access controlled storage facility to keep pushbikes in.

Bills are all included in the rent.
