I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom as my friend will be moving out of the area. The room is available ending of August 2014 so looking for someone asap.

very clean and up to date, two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes. large living area and dining area, separate bath and shower and a nice kitchen. the room comes unfurnished.
No sky but I do have a youview box. broadband and phone line with free evening and weekend calls should you need to call loved ones.
I am a working professional so no students either. I would like to live with someone who is friendly and fun to be around. :)
