There is now a small double room available in this house which has 2 occupants: myself and one other lodger at the moment. It is a family house over 3 floors, My teenager children are away most of the time at university. However, they might return during holidays. The room is next to a bathroom.

You will have shared use of the Kitchen/Dining space, fridge and freezer space. There is a washing machine and dryer too. There is fast wi-fi broadband throughout the house.

The room will come furnished with bed-stead, mattress and some storage space. This is currently a single bed size. There is a desk, chair, hanging rail and lamp. I can remove these items if you wish to move your own furniture in instead.

The house is in one of the nicest locations of Broughton overlooking a field to the back and trees and river at the front and only 12 min walk to Coachway, 5 minutes drive to Junction 13 & 14 of the M1 Motorway and short walk to bus-route C1, 8, 25 & 300 (Cranfield University, Bletchley, Open University & City Centre and Train Station), 15 minutes walk to retail park, Tesco, Lidl, Costco.

Rent is payable in advance, with a £420 Deposit.

We are looking for the right person, that will suit our household in terms of waking hours, kitchen usage. Preferably working Professional with reference and willing to provide copy of identity.
