Large Double Room in spacious house

I am looking for someone to share the house I am currently living in. It is a spacious two bedroom town house in Oxley Park.

The bedroom is a large double. There are two built-in wardrobes, so lots of storage space. It also has a door through which you can access the bathroom. I could also help part-furnish the room if required.

The house is split over three floors, with a garage on the ground floor, living space on the first floor, and bedrooms and bathroom on the second. The living room and kitchen is really spacious, with a Juliet balcony.

There is a small front garden and you will have your own private car parking space.

There is one shared bathroom, with a bath and shower.

We have fast fibre broadband. The house is located 3 miles from the city centre, within walking distance of Tesco Express, Dominos, Chinese, Indian, Pub, Hair Salon, and Coffee shop. Very nice area of Milton Keynes. Bus stop right out the front door, two miles to train station.

I am an easy-going, friendly, clean and tidy housemate. I work Mon-Fri, as a Graphic Designer in Milton Keynes. I am often at the gym in the evening, and at the weekends I am usually away! The house would suit someone who is looking for a home to live in, rather than just a room. You will have full use of the house, and only myself to share it with!
