Young professional wanted for house-share in CMK

We seek a young professional to share our 4 storey mid-terrace town house in Campbell Park, Central Milton Keynes.

The property is just a stone's throw from all the shops, bars and nightlife and within easy reach of both CMK train station (1. 7mi) and Junction 14 on the M1 (2. 3mi).

Our spare room on the second floor is furnished with an ikea hemnes day-bed and mirrored wardrobe. It also benefits from a high ceiling, large private balcony and exclusive use of the family sized bathroom.

On this floor is also a shared TV room with 42" Sony smart TV, PS3 and a 5. 1 cinema surround sound system. There is also another large balcony that overlooks a communal garden.

The first floor has a modern spec kitchen and utility room with washing/drying facilities, a WC and a sitting room. To the rear of the property is our patio and bike shed with 2 available spaces and outside the front is ample parking.

The ground and top floors are solely for the use of my partner; Leo, and I as they contain Leo's office and our Bedroom and Bathroom.

Leo and I are both accountants. Leo works from home for a NGO and I, locally for a German automotive company. We consider ourselves to be a friendly couple who are very sociable and enjoy entertaining our friends whether it be dinner parties, games of poker or fifa or cheese and wine nights.

As a couple we are interested in personal fitness / cycling (Road- Hannah, Mountain –Leo), travelling and foreign cultures, cooking and baking, wakeboarding, Literature and accountancy.

As our home is just over the road from Campbell Park it is best located for the annual fireworks, fair and international festivals that are held there.

Our desired housemate would also be a young professional, who gets on well with us and our friends and is respectful of the house. We are also interested in a Monday-Friday let for a housemate that just needs somewhere to rest their head but is also open to a bit of socialising.

We seek to receive £700 per month (£500 Monday-Friday) for the room which is inclusive of all bills, rates, insurance and high speed broadband. This also includes use of the washing, drying and ironing facilities and is reflective of the desirable location, provision of parking and shared responsibility of household bills.
