Friendly house with small double room available

Hi I own a 3 bedroomed detatched house in a nice area in Milton Keynes. I have one female lodger who is 39. The house is clean and tidy but like most houses decorating is a work in progress. The spare room was newly painted in February. We are looking for someone friendly sociable clean and tidy. We need someone who has good personal hygeine (we have had a bad experience!!) someone who is prepared to clean up after themselves and muck in with daily running of the house. Its a relaxed sociable household like living with friends. There is currently no off road parking but I live in a cul de sac and there is also a space round the corner or just outside the house. I have BT infinity -unlimited use and the room is fully furnished with a small double bed. I also have a garage which can be used for something small. There are also two cats, 3 chickens and a rabbit Genrally we are looking for someone normal!!! The room is initially for six moths, but if everything goes well then this can easily be extended
