Hi there, I am looking for a friendly, sociable, considerate house mate who Is clean, tidy and respectful to share with. You won’t mind cleaning up after yourself and helping keep your room and the communal areas clean and tidy.

The room is a good size, furnished, comfortable and comes with Internet and a 40 inch TV. The bathroom is right next door to the room and only shared with one other and there is a separate WC. House comes with all mod cons. I have 2 well behaved cats so an animal lover is a must. I also have a good sized garden that you are welcome to share in summer and a lovely conservatory to relax / socialise in.

10 mins from M1, 5 mins from CMK. If walking you can be in town in 20 mins and Linford Wood within 10 mins.

The local centre is 5 mins walk away from the house and has everything you need. Health Centre, Co-op, Pub, Post Office, Pharmacy, Off License, Indian, Chinese, Piri Piri, Chip Shop.

There are some lovely walks around the area and nice canal walks 10 mins walk away.

You will be working full time (days). No shift workers, night workers or home workers.

Evidence required: You will need to provide a reference, current bank statement, passport and £200 deposit before moving in.
