ABOUT THE HOUSE The property has has been recently refurbished and is clean and in good order, there are only 4 bedrooms in the house, key points about the property include:

1. New Bathroom which includes a bath, shower, toilet, sink (all white with chrome taps), chrome towel radiator.

2. Clean Modern Kitchen which includes, fridge, freezer, microwave, cupboards, sink, washing machine, table & chairs.

3. New Carpet in Communal areas.
