1 housemate needed for v. nice 4 bedroom house
We're three guys aged 22-26, all working professionals, all non-smokers. (We all have girlfriends who regularly pop by, so it won't just be guys in the house).
We're all sociable and friendly, but a lot of the time the house won't have everyone in it as we're often out. When we're in we like to chill, watch TV, play video games, have friends over etc. We live in a very nice, large, four bedroom house in Naphill.
The spare room is a small double with a large built in wardrobe. You'd be sharing one bathroom (toilet and bath/shower) with one other housemate.
In total we have four bathrooms (two ensuites); a large kitchen with two ovens, large range cooker, under floor heating, washing machine and dishwasher; living room with a 50 inch TV and surround sound system, PS4, Xbox 360; conservatory; decent sized garden with shed for storage; we have two parking spaces, but there's enough space to park all four of our cars.
