Full use of kitchen, dinning room, lounge with 32" Sky TV; spacious bright bathroom with separate bath and shower. Upstairs and downstairs toilet.
Garden backs on to park, with riverside walk nearby.
Location is quiet, peaceful and friendly. Good selection of take-ways close by, plus Co-op. Larger stores nearby in Wolverton.
Landlady is yoga teacher. Has the third bedroom as a yoga practice room. Tenant needs to be okay with the cat, Sparky.
Parking is tight and on road.
