I have a single room to rent, newly decorated with all new furniture, shared kitchen and bathroom for a clean n tidy professional person, must like animals, must be a NON smoker, also someone who doesn't come in drunk, must be considerate of other people and neighbours, also who repects peoples property and furnishings, I am not a person who is strict on rules, how ever I don't expect someone to ignore me and to do what they wish. There is nowhere for a bike to be kept.
