Double Bedroom with Bathroom near Stony Stratford

The house is located in Old Stratford, Milton Keynes, a short walk from Stony Stratford, which has shops, pubs and restaurants. I'm a live in landlord and looking to rent out one of the double bedrooms. I have a kitten who is always happy to have cuddles so must like cats!

I have a Double bedroom with a private bathroom available to suit a young professional female.

There is plenty of space including a living room, kitchen /diner, and garden, to chill out in, in the evenings etc.

Rent includes all bills and wifi.

The whole house has been completely re-decorated recently, and the main bathroom has been refitted to a high standard. The house is located in a quiet road, and there is parking available on-street.

I'm not just looking to rent out a room, it's important to me that I can get on well with my new housemate. I'm looking for someone who like me, is clean, tidy, friendly and chatty who also respects peoples' privacy. It's not a 'party house', so would be looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle (without being a complete party pooper!)

You must have a reference from a prior landlord. Min age 23, Max 33. No smoking, no couples, no DSS, females preferred, please.
